Reservations should be made in the
first instance by telephone or Email, to check that the cottage of your choice
is available. When an answerphone service is in
operation please leave the name of the property and date you require, so that
we can answer your query as soon as possible. A non- refundable deposit of £100
per week is payable within seven days, accompanied by a signed, completed
booking form, to confirm the reservation.
On receipt of your booking form,
confirmation of the booking will be sent, together with your final account,
which becomes due six weeks before the holiday. On receipt of the final
payment, directions to the property and advice as to key arrangements will be
forwarded. Reminders are not sent and
we reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is late.

Insurance
Once your holiday has been
confirmed you are legally liable for the full balance payment. To help you, if
you have to cancel, we have an option of holiday cancellation and curtailment
insurance cover provided by Travellers Protection Services. This insurance covers
you and members of your party for the cost of the holiday if you are otherwise
prevented from taking it. The complete
policy wording will be issued with booking confirmation. The cost of this
insurance is additional to the price of your holiday. Please call for details

Summary of Booking
Conditions
Lettings are from 4:00pm on day of arrival until 10:00am on day of departure.
Any problems must be reported during your stay.
Number of people occupying a property may not exceed the number stated
in the brochure. Properties must be left in a clean and tidy condition with
Storage Heaters left on and fully charged.
Fuel supplements where applicable, are payable as per usage at the end
of the stay. Sorry No Pets allowed.
A contract for the
letting is made between the holiday-maker and Conwy Valley Cottages, on the
issue of a confirmation of booking form.
Conwy Valley Cottages has the right to refuse any booking. In the event
of a cancellation
Conwy Valley Cottages will make every effort to re-book the
property but the holiday-maker is liable to pay the full cost if this is not
possible. Where Conwy Valley Cottages is unable to honour a booking Conwy
Valley Cottages will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative
property. If this is not possible, a
full refund of all money paid will be made. Conwy Valley Cottages shall not be
liable for further compensation. (Please see details of

Payment of a deposit and/or
submission of a booking form is deemed to be
acceptance of the terms and conditions of Conwy Valley Cottages.
Bookings are for
holiday purposes only and cannot give rise to a tenancy.
Once confirmation of a booking has
been sent we are unable to accept alterations to dates or property chosen
without incurring additional costs of £25, which will be charged at the time of
confirmation of the new booking.
Transfers to other cottages within the site will be considered
if possible but are at the discretion of Conwy Valley Cottages.
Occasionally things
can go wrong. If there is a problem, in the first instance visitors should
contact Conwy Valley Cottages.
Conwy Valley
Cottages are not liable for any unexpected or unusual circumstances which are
outside their control, such as severe weather conditions, failure of public
utilities, fire, flood, drought, acts of riot, etc. which may lead to
facilities offered in this brochure becoming unavailable for all or part of a
booking.
Every care has been taken in preparing the description of each property.
There may, however, be slight variations incurred since the particulars were
prepared.
